Tye Rene is an accomplished author, entrepreneur, and storyteller whose passion for writing began at the young age of seven. Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, Tye turned to writing as a powerful outlet to overcome a childhood speech impairment, discovering early on that words on paper gave her the voice she longed to express.

 

In September 2020, Tye earned her MBA in Business, equipping her with both creative vision and business expertise to build a career that bridges literature and entrepreneurship. She is the founder of Icon Truth LLC, where she combines her love of storytelling with her mission to inspire, empower, and uplift through books, digital content, and creative ventures.

 

Her first novel, BLURR, was released on February 19, 2019, after years of dedication and persistence. She followed it with the sequel, BLURRED, published on September 8, 2022, continuing the journey of raw storytelling that deeply resonates with readers.

 

Tye’s latest project is her debut children’s book, A Grandmother’s Heart: The Love That Raised Me, scheduled for release on October 8, 2025. Inspired by her own childhood in Brooklyn, the book pays tribute to the powerful role of family, faith, and love—especially the influence of her grandmother.

 

With her unique perspective as both an author and entrepreneur, Tye Rene continues to explore meaningful themes and stories that connect across generations. Whether through novels, children’s literature, or her entrepreneurial projects, her work is rooted in authenticity, resilience, and the belief that storytelling can change lives.
